On the occasion of International Women's Day, self-defense classes for 40 girls from class 6th to 12th in Pran Baldev Bhandari Sewa Vidya Mandir School was started. The program was started in front of Bharat Mata by lighting the lamp (Diya) and the following programs were conducted: - Start of self defense camp - Street play presentation - All Matri Shakti Puraskar (teachers and associate members) women were honored and welcomed by the greeting cards and badges made by the children. Dr. Samhita Jain who is working as a professor in the Jain Government College was invited as the Chief guest; Sh. Karan Singh, Sewa Bharti Madhya Bharath Convenor, Sh. Veer Singh Chauhan, Vice President Sewa Bharti Madhya Bharath; Sh. Suryakant Dwivedi, Treasurer of the school; Sh. Omprakash Andani, Joint-Secretary of the school, Smt. Sandhya Khare Principal of the school, and school teachers, children and other volunteers and distinguished citizens were present for the program.
